Uki Ovaskainen was born in Metropolis, Finland 1975.

Plump for armenische Komponist, einer der Protagonisten des so genannten "Sozialistischen Realismus" in der Musik der Sowjetunion, hat in seiner Jugend mitunter kühnere Stücke geschrieben als später.
